The Service May Include Simple Convert, The EzTTS Creative Text To Speech Engine, The EzTTS Creative Casting Engine, Character-Balance Tracking, Project Resume Tools, Export History, Segment-Reuse Logic, Failure-Recovery Tools, And Support Features.

1.2 Eligibility

You Must Be At Least 13 Years Old To Use The Service. If You Are Under The Age Of Majority Where You Live, You May Use The Service Only With Permission From A Parent Or Legal Guardian.

2) Free Preview, Paid Packages, And Character Usage

2.1 Free Preview

Verified Free Logged-In Users May Receive A 5,000-Character Preview. The Free Preview Is Intended To Let Users Test The Platform, Simple Convert, The Casting Tool, Dashboard Access, And WAV-Render Workflow Before Continuing With A Paid Package.

2.2 Paid Packages

Paid Packages Are Digital Character Packages Purchased Through PayPal Checkout Or Another Available Payment Provider. Current public packages are:

• Starter: 20,000 Characters For $20.
• Creator: 100,000 Characters For $89.
• Author: 250,000 Characters For $179.
• Pro Author: 500,000 Characters For $295.

No Physical Product Is Shipped, No Shipping Address Is Required For Digital Packages, And There Is No Monthly Subscription Or Auto-Renewal Unless A Future Offer Clearly Says Otherwise.

2.3 What Uses Characters

Character Usage Is Intended To Track Cloud Audio Generation. Characters May Be Deducted When Preview Audio, Segment Audio, Or Other Cloud-Generated Audio Is Successfully Generated Or Requested For Generation. Typing, Pasting, Editing, Saving A Project, Loading A Project, Opening My Account, Assigning Voices, Detecting Characters, Or Preparing A Manuscript Does Not Use Characters By Itself.

2.4 What Does Not Use Characters

• Typing Or Pasting Text Into A Workspace.
• Editing Text Before Cloud Audio Generation.
• Saving Or Loading A Project.
• Using My Account, Dashboards, Project Lists, Or Setup Tools.
• Opening Or Browsing Tools.
• Detecting Characters Or Assigning Voices Before Generation.
• Final WAV Assembly From Already Generated Saved Audio.
• Downloading Or Re-Downloading Existing Exports.
• Retrying Properly Saved Progress Without Re-Rendering Already Completed Usable Segments.

2.5 Failed Jobs And Character Accounting

If A WAV Job Fails Before Completion, The System Is Designed To Avoid Treating An Abandoned Failed Job As A Fully Completed Charged Outcome. When A Failed Job Is Resumed And Completed, Character Usage Should Be Based On Successful Completed Generation And Should Not Duplicate Charges For Already Completed Reusable Segments. Failed Or Partial Jobs May Be Resumed Where Technically Possible, But Recovery Cannot Be Guaranteed In Every Technical Circumstance.

2.6 One Active Final Render Job

To Protect Reliability At Launch, Each Account May Be Limited To One Active Final WAV Build At A Time. Previewing, Editing, Changing Voices, And Non-Generation Actions May Remain Available While Final Render Limits Apply.

3) Saved Projects, Resume Tools, And Changed-Segment Reuse

3.1 Saved Project Records

The Service May Save Project Titles, Manuscript Text, Segment Lists, Speaker/Role Assignments, Voice Selections, Speed Settings, Pronunciation Rules, Generation Status, Segment Metadata, Audio Paths, Export Links, Timestamps, And Related Records So Users Can Resume Work, Recover Failed Jobs, Rebuild Final WAV Files, And Download Finished Exports.

3.2 Changed-Segment-Only Regeneration

Where Supported, EZ Text To Speech May Compare Saved Segment Fingerprints To Current Project Segments. If A Segment Has The Same Text, Speaker/Role, Voice, Speed, And Pronunciation State, The Existing Generated Audio May Be Reused. If A Segment Changes, Only The Changed Segment May Need To Be Regenerated And Counted. This Is Intended To Avoid Rebuilding Or Recounting An Entire Manuscript Because Of A Small Edit.

3.3 Full Project Regeneration

A Full Project Regeneration May Be Required If The User Explicitly Requests A Full Restart, If Stored Segment Files Are Missing Or Corrupted, If Project Records Cannot Be Safely Matched, If Major Text Or Settings Changes Make Reuse Unsafe, Or If Technical Conditions Prevent Segment-Level Recovery. Where The Interface Offers An Explicit Full Regeneration Option, The User Should Review The Estimated Character Impact Before Confirming.

3.4 Clear Workspace Versus Delete Project

Clear Workspace Controls Are Intended To Clear The Visible Workspace Or Start A New Workspace. They Are Not Intended To Permanently Delete Saved Account Projects. Permanent Deletion Requires An Explicit Delete Action, Usually From My Account, And May Remove Saved Project Records, Generated Audio, Export Links, Or Related Files Where Applicable.

4) User Preview Responsibility Before Create WAV Or BUILD WAV

3.1 Preview Before Committing

Before Clicking Create WAV, BUILD WAV, Or Otherwise Committing To Final Audio Generation, You Are Responsible For Thoroughly Reviewing Your Submitted Text, Voice Selections, Narrator Choice, Character Assignments, Speaker Mapping, Speed, Pronunciation, Pacing, Project Setup, And Any Available Preview Output. Do Not Start Final Generation Until You Have Checked The Relevant Preview And Are Satisfied That Your Submitted Text And Selected Settings Are Ready For Final Generation.

3.2 User Error And Dissatisfaction

EZ Text To Speech Is Not Responsible For User Error, Including Incorrect Or Unwanted Text, Wrong Voice Selection, Incorrect Character Assignment, Missed Preview Review, Wrong Narrator Choice, Unwanted Speed/Pacing, Pronunciation Expectations, Formatting Choices, Or Dissatisfaction With A Final Rendered WAV That Was Generated According To The User's Submitted Text And Selected Settings.

3.3 Character Usage After Successful Final Generation

Characters May Be Deducted For A Successful Final Rendered WAV Even If The User Later Decides They Do Not Like The Result Because Of Choices They Controlled Or Failed To Preview. Confirmed Platform Errors, Duplicate Charges, Payment Mistakes, Failed Jobs, Backend Defects, Or Other Verified System Issues May Still Be Reviewed And Corrected Through Support.

5) User Content And Export Ownership

4.1 Your Submitted Text

You Retain Ownership Of The Text, Manuscripts, Scripts, Prompts, Character Lists, And Other Content You Submit To The Service, Provided That You Already Own Or Have The Legal Right To Use That Content.

4.2 Your Finished Audio Exports

Subject To These Terms, Applicable Law, And Any Restrictions From Underlying Voice Or Technology Providers, You May Use Finished Audio Exports Generated From Content You Have The Right To Use For Your Legitimate Projects, Including Drafts, Audiobooks, Podcasts, Courses, Demos, Narration, And Production Workflows.

4.3 Limited Operational Rights Granted To EZ Text To Speech

By Submitting Content To The Service, You Grant EZ Text To Speech Only The Limited Rights Needed To Operate The Service, Including Processing Submitted Text, Rendering Audio, Storing Project And Export Records, Providing Downloads, Supporting Failure Recovery, Troubleshooting Issues, Maintaining Security, And Providing Customer Support.

4.4 What EZ Text To Speech Does Not Claim

• We Do Not Claim Authorship Of Your Manuscript.
• We Do Not Claim Ownership Of Your Finished Audio Exports.
• We Do Not Claim The Right To Commercially Reuse Your Private Submitted Content Without Permission.

4.5 Underlying Technology And Voices

EZ Text To Speech, Its Site Design, Software, Workflow, Branding, Code, Interface, Systems, And Platform Technology Remain Owned By EZ Text To Speech Or Its Respective Licensors. Underlying Voices, Voice Models, APIs, Provider Tools, And Related Technology Remain Owned By Their Respective Providers.

4.6 Your Responsibility For Rights

You Are Responsible For Making Sure You Have All Rights Required To Submit Text And Use Any Resulting Audio. The Service Does Not Grant You Rights To Third-Party Books, Scripts, Copyrighted Works, Trademarks, Names, Likenesses, Or Other Protected Materials You Do Not Already Have Permission To Use.

6) Export Retention And Failure Recovery

5.1 Finished Export Availability

• Free Preview Exports: Finished Exports Are Retained For 7 Days.
• Paid Finished Exports: Finished Exports Are Retained For 1 Calendar Year.
• Re-Downloads: Re-Downloading An Existing Export Does Not Consume Characters.

5.2 Temporary And Intermediate Files

Temporary Files, Intermediate Segment Files, Processing Files, And Internal Render Artifacts May Be Deleted After A Final WAV File Is Safely Built, Stored, Or No Longer Needed For Operations, Recovery, Or Troubleshooting.

5.3 Failed Job Recovery

When Technically Possible, Failed WAV Jobs May Preserve Submitted Text, Selected Voice Settings, Speed Settings, Completed Segments, Job Status, Timestamps, And The Last Known Failure Reason. This Allows The System To Attempt A Retry From The Last Incomplete Section Instead Of Restarting From The Beginning.

5.4 Recovery Limits

A Full Restart May Be Required If The Original Text Changes, Voice/Speed/Pronunciation Settings Change, Stored Segment Files Are Missing Or Corrupted, The Job Manifest Is Invalid, Or Technical Conditions Prevent Safe Recovery.

5.5 No Guarantee Of Permanent Storage

Export Retention Is Provided According To The Policy Above, But The Service Is Not Intended To Be A Permanent Archive Or Backup System. You Should Download And Safely Store Important Audio Exports On Your Own Devices Or Storage Systems.

7) Payments, Checkout, And Refunds

6.1 Payment Processing

Payments May Be Processed Through PayPal Or Another Available Payment Provider. We Do Not Store Full Payment Credentials, Card Numbers, Or PayPal Login Credentials On Our Servers. Payment Providers May Collect And Process Payment Information According To Their Own Terms And Privacy Policies.

6.2 Digital Packages, No Shipping

Current Paid Offers Are Digital Character Packages: 20,000 Characters For $20, 100,000 Characters For $89, 250,000 Characters For $179, And 500,000 Characters For $295. No Physical Product Is Shipped, No Shipping Address Is Required For Digital Packages, And Purchase Access Is Applied To The User's EZ Text To Speech Account After Payment Is Confirmed By The Backend/Payment Provider Process.

6.3 Payment Confirmation And Account Activation

Returning To My Account After PayPal Checkout Is Not, By Itself, Final Proof Of Payment. Paid Package Access Is Intended To Activate Only After The Selected Payment Is Confirmed Through The Backend Payment Verification And/Or PayPal Webhook Process. If PayPal Shows A Completed Payment But Your Account Does Not Update, Contact Support For Review.

6.4 Taxes And Charges

Taxes, Fees, Or Currency-Conversion Charges May Apply Depending On Your Location, Payment Method, And Payment Provider. You Are Responsible For Reviewing The Checkout Details Before Completing A Purchase.
